USB Dongle Installation

Dongle installation:

1. Insert the dongle (card reader) into your usb port.
2. Your pc should automatically detect the device and install it. It will show in device manager-smart card readers as Usb Token Device.

Problems:

1. If windows does not detect the device please download the jcop card drivers from www.mobicode.co.uk/support and install manually.
2. Software gives error messages when trying to run, this can be ignored
3. Goto device manager and find any other Card devices such as egate device etc and right click on this and then disable device.

Please Note: If the dongle is installed correctly the serial number will be displayed at the bottom of the software.
The software SHOULD NOT display "Demo mode" The USB dongle will operate under windows Win 7, XP & Vista
