Compliance Officer

Mobicode provide data sharing and intelligence across the mobile telecoms sector. We are looking for an individual who comes from a compliance background and has excellent communication skills both written and spoken. The successful candidate will work with the company directors and all elements of the business.

Responsibilities:
To write, complete and maintain all ISO paperwork and other compliance documents with particular emphasis on data protection and information sharing.
Develop and maintain a Compliance Monitoring Plan.
To manage and maintain Information Sharing Agreements with Partners,
To advise and inform the Directors of upcoming changes and plan accordingly.
Produce clear and timely compliance reports highlighting areas of improvement.
Supporting senior management and attending meetings in support of the business.
Taking control of GDPR Compliance on an on-going basis.
Carrying out; KYC, Anti Money Laundering (AML), customer due diligence, Know your Business (KYB) and developing employee training programme in relation to the above
Assisting in developing and creating policies and procedures.
Assisting with internal reviews and audits.
Reviewing regulatory announcements.
Maintaining a working knowledge of relevant issues, laws, and regulations.
Involvement in project work as required e.g. changes to legislation or business diversification.

Role and Responsibilities:
This role is in the Mobile recycling sector and provides a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved in one of the fastest growing industries worldwide.
This role will involve visiting various customers and demonstrating our products and services
To identify best fit from our comprehensive product range
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Working with our Marketing team to engage inbound prospects

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Fast learner and Passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results driven approach.
Experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
